Underline and Whova

Underline Platform

Please ensure you can access your Underline account independently of Google login (if your Underline account is tied to Gmail). We strongly recommend logging in directly with your Underline credentials (email + password).

All event livestreams and Zoom links to the content will be available through the Underline platform. Please test your login prior to departure (arriving in China) to ensure uninterrupted access during the event.

Whova Event App

Use Whova Event to:

  • View the event agenda and plan your personal schedule
  • Access to documents and slides shared by organizers or speakers
  • Find who else is attending this event and reach out to people ahead of time
  • Plan some social activities such as a morning run, coffee hours, or meet-ups with your fellow attendees. You can even post job openings.
  • Receive updates such as last minute session changes from the organizers
  • Visit conference sponsors and exhibitors
